Vijaya Rohini has over 15 years of experience in different verticals like Banking, Telecom, Media, BPO voice, Research, & Software. Marketing, Sales- Retail & Corporate, Operations- front & back end are her key skill sets. She has a proven track record of making organizations target & achieve, bigger & faster growth, on the Top line & Bottom line. As MD, she drives strategic process and methodology. Approaching every task, every challenge with a CAN-DO attitude is her forte that continues to yield 100% results.

Amit Bhattacharya has 20 years of experience in Telecom, ICT, SaaS, IT-Security, Sales and enabling organizations successfully embrace Digital Transformation. With multi-function, multi domain experience in India and the Middle East he has lead teams to success in Sales, Development, Delivery and C-SAT. The CEO leads a talented and motivated team at TeckZy, driving to cultivate a work environment that allows the employees to do their life’s best work, and strive to empower themselves both personally and professionally.

Subhajit, as an Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the management. He works closely with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. As an operations manager, he also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. Involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule. He always enjoys in leading, motivating, and supporting the team and also manages data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service. He is very keen in increasing the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity and ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.

Mohammed Nizam

HR Manager

As a HR Manager, Mohammed Nizam works closely with the management, employees, and vendors to bring in value to the company. He primarily works on bringing in resources and optimizes the recruitment process for company’s expansion. Mohammed Nizam oversees the HR strategy by building strategic programs to achieve employee engagement goals fuelling the growth of the employees and work towards the company’s vision and mission. He strategizes administration with excellence from varied perspectives, aiming to optimize the connections between people, process, accounts, and technology.

As a Senior PHP Developer with 4+ Years of Experience, Sudip’s primary focus is development of all server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end and integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system.
As a Team Lead, he has immense passion to mentor the team and helping team members understand how best to implement new ideas.
He has strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, CodeIgnitor, AngularJS, JavaScript and proficient understanding of code versioning tools. As a Senior, Sudip leads projects and supports the company’s growth.

As a Senior PHP Developer with 2+ Years of Experience, Nivashini has the ability to write new code to add functionality or to existing application or fix bugs in existing applications. She can build and maintain complex web applications as well as having the ability to work independently on projects. She has strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, CodeIgnitor, AngularJS, JavaScript.
As a Team Lead, she helps trainees to develop new applications and assists her team members in designing challenging project.

As an aggressive Team Lead with PHP development as his forte, Haridas's primary focus is building all server-side logic and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end along with integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system. He is a great team player. He is well-versed in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, CodeIgnitor, Laravel10, JS (ES6), Jquery (JS framework) and React Js . His contributions have been pivotal to the company's growth.

Team Lead

A highly skilled testing engineer, Jeeva is fluent in software testing and all its types including functional, integration, regression, unit, performance and black box testing. He is also proficient in SDLC, STLC and defect tracking systems. He is knowledgeable in Core JAVA and Selenium basics. He sincerely takes up the responsibility of implementing test procedures to ensure that software programs work as intended. His inputs have always propelled the company forward.

Sunil Dutt

Sales Manager - Key Accounts

As Sales Manager-Key Accounts, Sunil is responsible for establishing new accounts end-to-end, from sale to delivery. He identifies new business opportunities for all the products in IT, Research & Drone Technology. He ensures he brings in the synergy between product USP’s and customers’ requirement and continuously develop the company’s brand and increase awareness in the market. He communicates company’s developments, policies to customers and stakeholders and thereby executes the Company’s Sales Targets and in parallel monitors the activities and strategies of competitors and formulate strategies to counter them. Sunil serves as the primary point of contact on business activities for all the verticals of the company.
