Rachel, is the Research Partner for TeckZy. Also, having completed doctorate in “Power Optimization in Wireless Sensor Network”, has given Rachel the discipline to decode the finer aspects of processes and look at the micro level of those resulting in QUALITY being the output. She leads and oversees process strategy, and is responsible for supporting and coaching employees and managers across the branches on process management. As Process Lead, Rachel ensures that things and people work in tandem and all aspects of the projects progress according to the timelines. She is deeply passionate about Data Science, AI and Research holding the added responsibility of monitoring success for the Research and Training projects.
